Delete your InfluDash account
You can delete your InfluDash account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is permanent.
From inside the app
Open InfluDash, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. You'll be shown exactly what will be removed and asked to confirm. Deletion happens immediately.
If you no longer have the app
Email infludash@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We reply to that address to confirm it's really you before deleting anything. Your account and its data are deleted within 30 days of that confirmation, usually much sooner.
If you signed in with both Apple and Google, those are two separate accounts — say so in your email and we'll delete both.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account, permanently:
- your profile — name, email, and the sign-in identity from Apple or Google
- every connected platform account, and the access you granted us to it
- all collected statistics — followers, views, likes, comments, shares, watch time, and daily history
- your recent posts, your settings, and your subscription record
There is no recovery, and we keep no backup copy of a deleted account.
What we keep, and why
One security log entry recording that a deletion happened — the date and the fact of it. It holds no personal data beyond an internal account identifier, and it exists so we can show your request was honoured if we're ever asked.
Your subscription is separate
If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, that subscription is between you and Apple or Google — not us. Deleting your account does not cancel it, and we cannot cancel it for you. Cancel it yourself, or you'll keep being charged:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
- Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Removing our access at the platforms
Deleting your account destroys our copy of the access you granted. To also remove InfluDash from a platform's own list of authorised apps:
- Google / YouTube — myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Instagram / Facebook — Settings → Apps and websites
- TikTok — Settings → Security → Manage app permissions
