Terms of Service

Last updated 6 August 2026. These terms apply when you use InfluDash. Please read them — using the app means you accept them.

1. What InfluDash is

InfluDash ("we", "us") is a mobile app that reads statistics from social media accounts you connect — currently YouTube, Instagram and TikTok — and presents them in one dashboard with insights about how your content is performing. That is the entire service.

2. Your account

You need an account, created by signing in with Apple or Google. You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EEA. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. One person, one account — do not share it.

3. Connecting platforms

You choose which platforms to connect, and you authorise that connection at the platform itself, not with us. We only ever read: we never post, comment, message, or change anything on your accounts.

You can disconnect any platform at any time in the app, which removes our stored access to it. You may also revoke our access from the platform's own settings.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. The current price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled entirely by Apple or Google. They take the payment, they hold your payment details, and they control renewal and cancellation. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it with them.

Deleting your InfluDash account does not cancel a store subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you. Cancel it yourself:

Refunds are governed by the store's policy, not ours. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase we did not process.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use InfluDash to break the law or the rules of any connected platform. Do not attempt to access accounts that are not yours, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, scrape it, overload it, or resell access to it.

6. We depend on other platforms

The statistics you see come from YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. We report what their APIs give us. Those platforms control what is available, how accurate and how current it is, and they can change or withdraw access at any time — sometimes without notice.

Some figures simply do not exist on some platforms, and where that is the case the app says so rather than inventing a number. If a platform changes or removes an API, a feature that depended on it may change or disappear.

7. Availability

We aim to keep InfluDash running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export or delete your data.

8. No warranty

InfluDash is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the app's figures or insights as the sole basis for a business or financial decision.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

10. Ending it

You can stop using InfluDash whenever you like and delete your account from Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent; see our Privacy Policy and deletion page.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms — for example by abusing the service or using it unlawfully.

11. Your content and ours

Your accounts, your posts and your statistics are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and we use them only to provide the service. The app itself — its software, design and branding — remains ours.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use InfluDash after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
