Questions

If yours is not here, ask us.

Which platforms does it support?

YouTube and TikTok today. Instagram is coming soon.

Does InfluDash post anything for me?

No. It is read-only and always has been. It never posts, comments, messages, uploads, edits or deletes anything. It asks for read permissions only, which you can see for yourself on the consent screen before you approve it.

Can it see my private messages?

No. It reads the statistics a platform publishes about your own account and content — follower counts, view counts, likes, comments, shares, watch time — and nothing else.

Why do I need to wait to see trends?

Because a trend needs two readings. InfluDash records your statistics daily from the moment you connect, so the first day shows totals and the comparisons fill in from there. Where YouTube provides history, it is backfilled on connection.

Why does a number differ from the platform's own app?

Platforms revise their own figures, sometimes downward, as they discard invalid views or process data late. InfluDash reports what the API returns at the time it reads it.

Why is a figure missing for one platform but not another?

Because the platform does not provide it. Rather than showing a zero that looks like a real measurement, InfluDash says the platform does not report it.

Is it free?

Some features require a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe, and any purchase is handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by us.

What happens if I disconnect a platform?

The statistics stored for it are deleted. You can also revoke InfluDash's access from the platform's own settings.

How do I delete my data?

Delete your account from inside the app and everything goes with it, permanently. If you no longer have the app installed, use the account deletion page.
