Before you write
A number looks wrong
Platforms revise their own figures after the fact. Check the same number in the platform's own app first — if they disagree for more than a day, tell us both values.
A connection stopped working
Platforms expire access periodically, and revoking access from their settings ends it immediately. Reconnecting from inside the app restores it.
You want your data gone
Delete your account in the app, or use the account deletion page if the app is no longer installed. Deletion is permanent and includes every statistic stored for you.
You want to cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are held by Apple or Google, not by us, and deleting your account does not cancel one. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play — the terms give the exact steps.
